Just like any other motorized vehicle, your Cub Cadet needs regular oil changes. Oil type and viscosity will vary greatly depending on model but most use either 10W-30 or LA30W. In addition, you'll also need an oil filter. Cub Cadet oil filter's come in all shapes and sizes (and prices!), so make sure you know the filter number or at least your riding mower model before buying one.
